Select [New User] Enter First  Name, Last Name, Prefered name, Email Address, Password (after email verification you will become a Member of Orinoestore.

My Account is the gateway for all Customers & Vendor(Sellers) to maintain their accounts with ease of use. This has Two main sections a.) Customer Account maintenance b.) Vendor(Seller account  maintenance) 

Customer Account (Dashboard) (a. Orange colour tabs/buttons)

All customer transactions are stored here (Except for Credit Card Details)  and can be accessed/maintained only by the customer. This will be the communication hub of orinoestore along with contact form(s), which are designed in a manner for an efficient user-friendly service by the Orinoestore team. Please note most of the services are for registered Members of Orinoestore.

The Tabs(Buttons) & their functionalities.

New User:- Can enroll as a new user (Name, Email Address, Password)- Upon completion, you will become a Member of Orinoestore (you can purchase product(s) & Service(s) or even Sell your Products & Services as a member (Contact Customer Service for further details).

Recent Orders:- Your order details can be viewed here(Order Number/ date/ Amount/ product Qty, Description) a fully automated system for ease of.

Downloads:- All your downloadables can be viewed & Downloaded here (Ebooks/ Mp3/MID/ STYLE/MP4/WAV/ E-Books-PDF/ JPG/ Videos/ Software, Multimedia assignments,  (Mainly your Digital Products & Services could be accessed at this section).

Account Edit Information:- Here you can edit your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Password etc.

Account Configuration: Configure your account Add your profile/Logo/product image, Address, Delete account, Change address.

Update Location:-  Change your address location

Login:- Here you have the option to login & purchase or just shop as a Guest, upon selecting your products at the checkout page you can either  Tick [v] Create account or shop as a guest.

Logout:- Logout from the Site and surf as a guest(Home page).

Shop:- Back to the Shop Page.

Vendor(Seller Account Dashboard)

Step 1: Select the product(s) you want.

Step 2:Select any options available for the product (colour, Size, Discount, type, etc.)

Step 3: Click the ‘Add to cart’ button (or you can click the “Buy Now” button and directly go to the checkout page, if you’re only buying one product)

If you want to purchase more products repeat Steps 1, 2 & 3 again. If you have selected all the required products continue to Step 4.

Step 4:Click ‘View Cart’ to view your product selection & make any changes to it. You can also click ‘Your Cart’ at any time to view your selection (top right of the page).

Step 5 (optional): If you have a voucher code please enter it at this point & then click ‘Apply Coupon’.

If you are happy with your selection continue to Step 6.

Step 6: Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ (In the Cart Page or at the top left under “Your Cart”)

Step 7:You can automatically ‘Register’ with your Facebook or Twitter account at the Checkout Page. Alternatively, you can simply add a “Username” & “Password” in the required fields at the Checkout page.( First Name, Last Name, Prefered Name, Email, Password)

Step 8: Enter/Select all required information at the Checkout page.

• Valid Billing Address
• Shipping Address (If different than Billing Address only)
• Office pick or Delivery Cost
• Payment Option (Cash on Delivery,  Credit / Debit Card, Check)

Step 9:At the end of the Checkout Page you need to agree to the Terms & Conditions and then click ‘Place Order’.

පියවර 5: (optional): ඔබට වවුචරයක් ඇත්නම් එහි ඇති කෝඩ් එක කරුණාකර ‘Apply Coupon’ මත ටයිප් කර එ බොත්තම ක්ලික් කරන්න

ඔබ තෝරාගත් භාණ්ඩ හා ඔබ එකගනම් කරුණාකර 6 පියවර අනුගමනය කරන්න

පියවර 6: දැන් ‘Proceed to Checkout’ බොත්තම ක්ලික් කරන්න

පියවර 7: ඔබට www.orinoestore.com තුල ගිණුමක් නැතිනම් , ඔබට Facebook සහා Twitter ගිනුමක් හරහා register විය හැකිය (එහි ඇති Facebook සහා Twitter බොත්තම් ක්ලික් කරන්න) . නැතිනම් Checkout පිටුවෙ ඇති Username සහා Password තිරු පුරවා automatic register විය හැකිය

පියවර 11: (බැංකු තැන්පතු සහා eZcash සදහා පමණයි ): ඔබ සම්පුර්ණ මුදලම බැංකුව වෙත තැන්පත් කරන්නේ නම් ඔබ තැන්පත් කල රිසිට්පතක ස්කෑන් කොපියක් අප ආයතනය වෙත e-mail එකක් මගින් එවීමට කාරුණික වන්න….අප ආයතනයට ඔබේ e-mail බැංකු රිසිට්පතක කොපිය හෝ eZcash රෙෆරන්ස් නොම්බරය ලෑබිමෙන් පසු පමණක් ඔබේ ඕඩරය එවීමට හැකිය.

පියවර 12: (Pay at www.orinoestore.com Office සදහා පමණයි ): ඔබ අප ආයතනයට ඇවිත් පැය 48 ඇතුලත (ඩින 2ක්) මුදල් ගෙවිම කර යුතුය්. එසෙ කර නොහැකිනම් ඔබෙ ඕඩරය cancel කිරිමට සිඩුවෙ.

படி 3: ‘Add to cart’ பொத்தானைக் கிளிக் செய்க (நீங்கள் ஒரு தயாரிப்பு மட்டுமே வாங்குகிறீர்கள் என்றால் நீங்கள் “Buy Now” (செக்கவுட்)பொத்தானைக்  கிளிக் செய்து நேரடியாக கட்டண விவரங்கள் பக்கத்திற்குச் செல்லலாம்)

நீங்கள் ஒன்றுக்கு மேற்பட்ட தயாரிப்புகளை வாங்க விரும்பினால் படிகள் 1, 2 மற்றும் 3 ஐ மீண்டும் பின்பற்றவும். நீங்கள் தேவையான அனைத்து தயாரிப்புகளும் தேர்ந்தெடுத்த  பின் படி 4 க்கு தொடரவும்.

படி 4: நீங்கள் தேர்ந்தெடுத்த  தயாரிப்புகளைக் காண ‘View Cart’என்பதைக் கிளிக் செய்து அதில் ஏதேனும் மாற்றங்களைச் செய்ய தேவை என்றால் செய்யுங்கள். ‘View Cart’ பகுதி உங்கள் வலது பக்கத்தின் மேல் புறத்தில் காணலாம்.

படி 5 (விரும்பினால்): உங்களிடம் வவுச்சர் இருந்தால் அதன் குறியீடை இந்த இடத்தில் உள்ளிட்டு ‘Apply Coupon’ என்பதைக் கிளிக் செய்க.

உங்கள் தேர்வில் நீங்கள் மகிழ்ச்சியாக இருந்தால் படி 6 க்கு தொடரவும்.

படி 6: ‘Proceed to Checkout’ என்பதைக் கிளிக் செய்க (பொத்தான், “Your Cart” தேர்வின், கீழ் இடதுபுறத்தில் காணப்படும்).

படி 7: செக்கவுட் பக்கத்தில் உங்கள் பேஸ்புக் அல்லது ட்விட்டர் கணக்கின் மூலமாக, தானாக உங்கள் தரவுகளை ‘பதிவு செய்யலாம். மாற்றாக, Checkout பக்கத்தில் தேவையான புலங்களில் “பயனர்பெயர்” மற்றும் “கடவுச்சொல்” ஆகியவற்றைச் சேர்க்கலாம்.

படி 8: செக்கவுட் பக்கத்தில் தேவையான அனைத்து தகவல்களையும் உள்ளிடவும் / தேர்ந்தெடுக்கவும்.

படி 9: செக்கவுட் பக்கத்தின் முடிவில் நீங்கள் விதிமுறைகளையும் நிபந்தனைகளையும் ஏற்றுக்கொள்வேதாக   தேர்வுப்பெட்டியை கிளிக் செய்யவும்  பின்னர்  ‘Place Order’ (தயாரிப்பை உறுதிப்படுத்துக) என்பதைக் கிளிக் செய்யவும்.

நீங்கள் விநியோகத்தின்  பொது பணம் செலுத்துதல் அல்லது வங்கி வைப்பு அல்லது ஈஸிகேஷ் அல்லது www.orinoestore.com அலுவலகத்தில் பணம் செலுத்துதல் எனும் கட்டண முறைகலில் ஏதேனும் ஒன்றை தெரிவு செய்து இருந்தால் உங்கள் ஆர்டர் பதிவு முடிவடைந்தது.

படி 10: (கிரெடிட் / டெபிட் (credit/debit) கார்டு கொடுப்பனவுகள் மட்டும்): நீங்கள் ஒரு பாதுகாப்பான கட்டண செயலாக்க பக்கத்திற்கு அழைத்துச் செல்லப்படுவீர்கள், அங்கு உங்கள் வங்கி அட்டை விவரங்களை உள்ளீடு செய்யுமாறு கேட்கப்படுவீர்கள். உங்கள் விவரங்களை உள்ளீட்டுகளை, மேலும் சரிபார்ப்பதற்க்காக விசா / மாஸ்டர்கார்டு செக்யூர்கோட் பக்கத்தால் சரிபார்க்கப்பட்டு மேலதிக விபரங்கள் உறுதி செய்யப்படும். இது வெற்றிகரமாக முடிந்தது எனின் உங்கள் ஆர்டர் முடிந்தது. உங்கள் ரசீது மற்றும் ஆர்டர் உறுதிப்படுத்தலுடனான ஒரு மின்னஞ்சலைப் பெறுவீர்கள்.

படி 15: (பொருள் கிடைத்த பின் / விநியோகத்தின் பொது பணம் செலுத்துவது  மட்டும்): இந்த முறையில் ஆர்டர் வழங்கப்பட்டதும் ஆர்டர் முடிந்தது. ரூ .22,000.00 க்கும் குறைவான விலையுள்ள  ஆர்டெர்க்கு மட்டுமே இவ் கட்டண  முரை வழங்கப்படும் மற்றும் கேஷ் ஆன் டெலிவரி தற்போது இலங்கையில் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட இடங்களுக்கும் மற்றும் கொழும்பு 1-15 வரையான பகுதிகளில் மட்டுமே கிடைக்கிறது.

For normal orders the delivery cost will be Rs.280 & 80 for additional delivery/- and it will be added to the total value of the order. For same-day delivery orders, the delivery cost will be Rs.500/- within Sri Lanka, Please clarify with us for International Air & Sea freight charges, depending on the quantity & volume we will charge you’ll according to prevailing market rates/ Express Post systems.

Note : Vendor(Sellers) will determine their delivery cost according to their location & products. 

Once an order has been confirmed you can change/cancel only if it’s 2 days before the delivery date. However, once you receive the item and wish to exchange it – please contact our customer service advisers, (for International customers please contact our customer support hotline)

Yes, you will be notified via e-mail or  SMS, Also you’re able to track your order details under the “MY ACCOUNT” main menu upon entering your system generated Order Number.

Do I Need a Registered Company to Sell on Orinoestore?

No, luckily you don’t need to have a registered business to start selling on Orinoestore(Only a valid email address & desire to sell). You can set up an Orinoestore Vendor(seller) Account with your personal info or business info only & proceed with selling & get paid.
