Teturns & Refund Policy
Following requirements need to be fulfilled for accepting an item in exchange as per our return policy.
a. Item needs to be returned within 10 days (locally for international customers its 45 days) from the date of receiving the product, We should be informed about the situation of the error, upon / receiving /placing order of the particular goods or services.A return is valid only once per invoice.The value of the exchanged items will be at the value of the invoice.The item returned must be in its original fully resalable condition, with all the tags & packaging (if any). (Price tags, Wash tags, Brand labels, etc.)There are certain products that can’t be exchanged and the list of Non-exchangeable products is given below. The goods outlined below can’t be returned or exchanged after purchase.Items which have been modified, Special orders made to customer specifications, Digital Products, Downloadables etc,
Items which are subject to a rapid expiry, Beds and associated bedding, Toiletries, Perfumery, Cosmetics, Pierced earrings, Accessories, consumables, Lingerie, Hosiery, Millinery, Swimwear, Books and magazines, Flower plants
*Exceptionally manufacturer defects will be accepted by inspections.
c. No cash/ cheque refunds are made under any circumstance. However, instead of cash refunds, issuing Credit Notes may be considered. Exceptional handling will be at the discretion of the Head of Operations & business development.
d. Items purchased at www.orinoestore.com can be exchanged at all times with the consent of the management based on a valid reason.
e. Any item returned will be inspected by the supervisor/store manager/currier person before accepting.
f. Items sold in a clearance sales/Promotion or End of Season Sale are not accepted in exchange, there may be exceptions
g. The item in exchange will be released only upon receipt of the original product.
h. Any free promotional gift issued with an order must also be returned.Items that were sold after doing an alternation, for example adding small stitching, resizing the items, making any physical modifications, Damage, Cracks at the point of acceptance shall be considered as non-exchangeable.
j. Gift vouchers sold are not accepted in exchange for cash.
k. If there is a fault (on our side) there will be a full refund for our loyal customer.
l. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
m. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. ccc

In the event of a 3rd party is selling a product or service
There shall not be any refunds/returns affected via the Site once sold. Product(s) and Service(s) that require refunds/returns are to be directly negotiated with the merchant/supplier concerned using the information. If it’s a product or services from Orinoestore if there is a defect, damage upon receiving the items our loyal customers will receive a refund.
If the product(s) and service(s) doesn’t come with a warranty card or with any merchant/supplier information, please follow the instructions below to obtain it from orinoestore Once orinoestore has reviewed your request and confirmed the information, the respective merchant/supplier information will be provided.
We reserve the right to forfeit the guarantee if we suspect any abuse of our money-back guarantee offer.
Instructions on getting merchant/supplier information
a.Send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org accurately describing the problem you have encountered and provide evidence (eg: photo evidence, etc.) to support your claim.
b.Include the following mandatory details on the email: order number, item name/model, billing & shipping address, phone number, email address, and your full name.
c. There shall not be any refunds/returns affected via the Site. Product(s) and Service(s) that require refunds/returns are to be directly negotiated with the merchant/supplier concerned (this applies for products not from Orinoestore.
d. There is no return and refund policy for company warrantied product(s) and service(s) by the merchant/supplier in any circumstance unless there is a defect in the product or service(wrong product delivered)
e. Certain items such as clothing (underwear, earrings, swimwear, etc.), food (Sports supplements included), etc. don’t come with any warranties, return and refund policy or money-back guarantee due to the nature of these items.
To claim the money back for a product(s) you have purchased from us (Whether it’s been delivered to you already or not), please email us at email@example.com or call our hotline at 94 766812161 if it’s still not delivered to you, within 1 week (7 days) of the purchase. You should return the goods to us in their original (unopened) condition with the package and other material (catalog etc.) that came with the product. We will refund you the original price paid for the goods less 6% transaction fee and our delivery charges if applicable within 1 week (7 days).
Requesting a refund
You can request a refund via firstname.lastname@example.org 5% or Rs.500.00 (Whichever is greater) Restocking/handling fee will be charged whether the product has been dispatched or not. orinoestore will refund the amount after reducing the fee to the original payment method used by the customer.
In the event of a delivered order being requested to refund, first, the product should be returned to orinoestore and once a thorough inspection has been carried out by the orinoestore Staff for any damages, the refund will be processed as mentioned above and the total delivery cost will not be refunded. If any damages have been caused during the custody of the customer, the refund request will be voided. The customer will be required to collect the goods from orinoestore
a. Orinoestore is not responsible for the transportation cost of returning product(s) and service(s).
b. There is no return and refund policy for company warrantied products in any circumstance.
c. 6% transaction fee will be charged whether the product has been dispatched or not.
d. Money-Back Guarantee applies to all product(s) on the orinoestore Marketplace priced at Rs.2,000 or less only (foreign purchases will require you to contact us for revised charges).

f. Orinoestore will refund the product through the original payment method made only.
