Orinoestore Shipping & Delivery

Orinoestore customers can either get their product delivered to their doorstep using our  Island-wide delivery option or select the office pickup option. Delivery time is generally 5 to 7 business days or even
less, however, times could vary depending on the merchant/supplier and orinoestore.com  cannot be held liable for any delays. In the event where unexpected catastrophes erupt, we will inform you by email and/or phone call, so that you will be updated on the situation. Further, orinoestore.com  cannot be held liable for any delays by the courier companies. Please note the following when accepting your order on
delivery/ or collecting your order at the orinoestore.com office.

Same day delivery option is available for selected products and selected locations only. Delivery of the items will be based on the availability of the item you have ordered and on the delivery location and any other restrictions that may arise due to unforeseen incidents.The delivery period provided on our site will neither form a condition nor a warranty on the delivery period. Whilst we thrive to indicate accurate information to our customers the product Specifications, Prices, Discounts, Images, and Availability, however, these may change without prior notice.

If the item sold has any technical or product defect, a courier will be arranged by the company to pick up the item & the cost will be borne by the company. We deliver locally and internationally. However certain products may not be available for international delivery and we will be utilizing the services of professional couriers to ensure that your goods are delivered on time and in good condition. 

No material on this site may be copied, reproduced, republished, installed, posted, transmitted, stored or distributed without written permission from its Owner.

The Owner of this site is deemed to have the right to cooperate with authorities in the case any of the contents in this site have been copied without authority.

Upon receiving goods (Applies only for Physical Goods)

·       Please ensure to check your ordered product/s for any physical damages before accepting the delivery. Please do not accept delivery if there are any damages.

·       Orinoestore.com nor the Courier partner will not be
liable for goods that are damaged in transit and/or missing content/items if
the Proof of Delivery (POD) is signed and the goods are accepted.

·        Please be advised that Orinoestore.com  or
Delivery Partner of orinoestore.com is not liable for the services such as
carrying products to different floors, unboxing the goods, installing the
product in the desired location, etc.

Office Pickup

Orinoestore.com will not be held responsible for any loss/damages caused to the order if not collected within 20 days, from the date of “ready for collection” notification/email sent. Paid ‘Office Pickup’ orders which are not collected within 20 days will be cancelled automatically and cancelled items are subject to a cancellation/restocking fee equal to 20% of the sale value.

Note, if an office pick up order is requested for delivery. Orinoestore.com will charge the full cost of delivery of the respective courier company to the customer and not the delivery charge listed on our website for your respective address. This applies to all locations in Sri Lanka for international currier fee will be notified for international customers depending on the location, volume, weight of the goods.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the courier service returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Why are packages occasionally undeliverable?

Incorrect Address

Packages are normally only undeliverable when the address is incorrect- please check your shipping address carefully when placing your order. Should this occur, a redelivery fee will apply. We will try our best to contact you and double-check all orders before processing the order once payment is completed online.

Refused by Recipient

If you are sending a gift, it may be a good idea to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way, otherwise, they may refuse to accept the package believing that it was sent to them in error. In addition, it is recommended that you inform orinoestore.com as well so that the delivery agent will know that the recipient is not the person who placed the order. This is necessary for security and fraud reasons. Again, should this occur, a re-delivery fee will apply.

Whilst shipping or delivering goods, Covid-19 prevention precautions are strictly adhered according to the WHO/ Local Health authorities.


Warranty information.

 Some products may come with a warranty generally 6 months, some may not depends on the product.
