Delivery time is generally 3 to 5 business days (the same-day delivery system is available for a higher charge- for Locals), however, times could vary depending on the merchant/supplier and orinoestore.com cannot be held liable for any delays. In the event where unexpected catastrophes (eg:-Covid 19 Pendamic) erupt, we will inform you by email and/or phone call, so that you will be updated on the situation. Further, Orinoestore.com cannot be held liable for any delays by the courier/delivery companies. Please note the following when accepting your order on delivery.

• Please ensure to check your ordered product(s) for any physical damages prior to accepting the delivery. Please do not accept delivery if there are any damages or incorrect products or a lesser or greater quantity is submitted, in that event please be kind enough to update us by calling us or send us an email promptly.
• Orinoestore nor the Courier partner will not be liable for goods that are damaged in transit and/or missing content/items if the Proof of Delivery (POD) is signed and the goods are accepted.
• Please be advised that Orinoestore.com or Delivery personnel are not liable for the services such as carrying products to different floors, unboxing the goods, installing the product(s) in the desired location, etc.
• For International Customers Orinoestore will submit a tracking code to track their goods.

• Orinoestore does not sell illegal items such as weapons, explosives, Drugs, hazardous items.

 Our Delivered Terms.

Upon items are delivered any discrepancies/Errors/ Damages should be notified within 7 days of accepting the goods or ealy as possible.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the courier service returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you via email or telephone, Our customers are advised to give us updated delivery addresses to make a Hassel free trade.

Why are packages occasionally undeliverable?

§  Incorrect Address

Packages are normally only undeliverable when the address is incorrect- please check your shipping address carefully when placing your order. Should this occur, a redelivery fee will apply. We will try our best to contact you and double-check all orders before processing the order once payment is completed online, if possible if you can provide us with GPS location it is most desired and appreciated which applies to local and overseas customers.

In the event, if your unable to be at the said address, update us with your closes secondary location an additional charge may incur.

§  Refused by Recipient

If you are sending a gift, it may be a good idea to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way, otherwise, they may refuse to accept the package believing that it was sent to them in error. Also, it is recommended that you inform orinoestore as well so that the delivery agent will know that the recipient is not the person who placed the order. This is necessary for security and fraud reasons. Again, should this occur, a re-delivery fee will apply.

When delivering items  Covid-19 precautions as per the WHO & the Local Helth Authority regulations (Mask/Sanitisers/1 Metter distance etc) are strictly observed.

PRICING & FEES

The list price displayed for products on our website may or may not represent the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated following standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Customers can pay for the orders once it arrives at your door-step via cash payment for orders up-to Rs.25,000 only. Any variation to the COD amount is at the discretion of orinoestore.com, overseas customers the delivery charges are included in the total cost depending on their requirements.

Our orinoestore.com team member will contact you to confirm the Order. You cannot cancel the order or refuse to pay when the product/s are delivered to you after your confirmation. Please note COD orders will not be delivered during weekends.

RETURN, REFUND, CANCELLATION POLICIES

• There is no return and refund policy for company warrantied product(s) and service(s) by the merchant/supplier in any circumstance.

Money Back Guarantee

The Orinoestore.com Money Back Guarantee applies to all products on the orinoestore.com (minus Transport and handling charges) if there is a error in order, damaged order etc. Please contact our customer support for further clarifications.

 PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE PICKUP

In relation to, the products available for immediate pickup, the Customer may opt either for pick up from orinoestore or for delivery. The delivery of the product is performed by orinoestore or a courier appointed by orinoestore as an additional service subject to the delivery terms.
The title of, the products available for immediate pickup, shall pass to the Customer at the time of the payment.

UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT / PRODUCT OUT OF STOCK

Inventory of all products advertised on orinoestore are not managed or maintained by orinoestore. Orinoestore.com only acts as an intermediary between the customer and the supplier for such products. These products may not be available (run out of stock) from time to time due to overselling by the suppliers, however, the product may be available for purchase on orinoestore if the supplier has not promptly informed us of the fact that the product is unavailable for them to supply us. In such circumstances orinoestore does not accept any liability whatsoever. In most cases, Orinoestore original products are monitored for stock as per the company rules and regulations accurately.

In the event of stock unavailability, orinoestore will inform the customer within 3 working days or immediately, and the payment can be refunded within 10 working days.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that the only remedy available for the unavailability of the product is the refund of the money paid.
Placement of an order including the payment of the order value by the Customer will be construed as an offer.
